Charles Wiseman came from Bern, Switzerland in 1833 to Switzerland County, Indiana where he lived the remainder of his life. He married Naomi Bray; they were the parents of five children. My Wiseman and Bray database has been posted on WorldConnect.

Becky, you have done quite a bit of work since we first connected. In case you don't remember, Michael Cunningham. I just recently took a short trip to Vevay. To see the town and get some original documents.
I haven't yet finished collating yet. Got a wealth of info on a Pavey/Pavy line. As well as some marriage records and additional material on the Wiseman's. Wiseman is not yet completed.
The photo from Madison is interesting. 20 mile in the late 1800s is quite a distance for a photo op!
