23rd Edition of the Carnival of Genealogy

Jasia has posted the 23rd Edition of the Carnival of Genealogy. This time around the topic is "School Days" - - 18 bloggers have participated with a wide variety of posts on favorite teachers, attending school in the 1870's in Texas, of grandparents who were teachers, attending Catholic Schools, autograph books, and, Oh!, so much more. The thing that always amazes me about the Carnival of Genealogy is the variety of articles and how everyone comes up with something different and interesting to share. I look forward to each edition of the Carnival. I learn so much from them and enjoy them tremendously! Thanks, Jasia, for putting it together, and thanks to all the bloggers who participate.

Jasia says: "In honor of Mother's Day (May 13th) the topic for the next edition of the COG will be: Moms. Share with us something about a special mom... birth mother, adoptive mother, step-mother, grandmother, Godmother, den mother, cousin's mother (yes, I know that's your aunt ;-), mother earth, Mother Mary, or your own reflections on motherhood if you're a mom. Let's take our mom's to the Carnival!"

The deadline for submissions for the next edition is May 15th. You can submit your blog article to the Carnival of Genealogy using the carnival submission form. Past posts and future hosts can be found on the blog carnival index page.
